An agenda is the run of the session, with minutes against each segment. It sits in the palette's Record category, one of the six Collaborate categories. A new one arrives as a 35-minute session (Set the scene, Gather input, Discuss, Agree actions) for you to rename and re-time.
Running it
Press a segment and it starts the tab timer counting down for that long, and marks itself as where the room is. Hover an upcoming segment and it shows Start in place of its minutes, so you can see what the press will do.
- Done segments show a tick and strike through; upcoming ones show their minutes; the current one is lit, with the time remaining and a bar draining as it runs.
- The slim bar under the header shows how far through the whole session you are.
- The header shows the total, which is the number that tells you the plan doesn't fit before you start.
- Pressing another segment while one is running replaces the timer rather than queueing behind it, so an overrun never stops you moving on.
Starting a segment is a facilitator's press: while somebody is facilitating, only they can, and otherwise any editor can. Anyone without edit access sees where the room is but can't start a segment.
Editing the segments
Right-click the agenda and open Segments. Each row has a name, its minutes, a ↑ to move it up and a × to remove it, with Add Segment at the foot.
- A segment runs from 1 to 240 minutes; anything outside that is pulled back to the nearest limit when you leave the field.
- An agenda holds up to 60 segments.
- The agenda's own label is the session's name in the header. Double-click it to rename it.
Nothing advances by itself
Nothing advances when a timer ends. A segment running out is a prompt for a person, not an instruction: press the next one when the room is ready.
